Earthbound is an exploration of material presence. Conceived as an installation, it translates the grounding qualities of clay, stone, and soil into architectural space. Surfaces are left raw, textured, and imperfect, allowing materiality itself to guide the atmosphere. The project creates a setting where weight and silence become part of the spatial narrative.

The aim of Earthbound is to reconnect architecture with its elemental roots. By drawing directly from the earth, the project seeks to evoke a sense of grounding and stillness — a return to origin. It positions architecture as more than form: as a medium for ritual, contemplation, and encounter.

The design process unfolded through tactile studies — clay pressed by hand, raw stone arranged into thresholds, pigments derived from soil tones. These explorations informed larger compositions where weight, mass, and erosion are reimagined as architectural gestures. The process emphasized material-first design, letting textures and imperfections dictate spatial form.
